In Semester 1, you will learn the foundational skills necessary to become a transformational coach. From understanding the role of a life coach to embodying a coaching mindset, you will gain the knowledge and tools needed to create a safe and trusting coaching environment. You will also learn how to ask powerful questions, set goals, and run effective coaching sessions.
